Optimum Conversions
​
Co-founded by Prash Reddy and Claire Williams specifically to convert commercial buildings into residential use, and to add value to land or property. Bringing their skills and experience together under one umbrella enables them to leverage those assets and deliver quality development projects.
Prash Reddy has been investing in property since 2006 and setup his own property buisness in 2016 specialising in residential developments, and also to build a portfolio of HMOs.
Claire Williams set up her own company Apollo Property Projects in 2016 specialising in converting buildings into residential accommodation, and finding similar opportunities for others. In 2018 she also ventured into the Serviced Accommodation arena and is successfully running a portfolio of four properties in the Guildford area.
